Eligibility The Competition is open to all startups located in any state or country in the world that meet the Grow-NY definition of ‘Food and Agricultural Field’, are early-stage, and have a scalable business model. To be eligible for the Competition, an applicant must be a registered, formative stage business entity that can enter into the Investment Agreement, such as a corporation or limited liability company (LLC),that meets two or more of the following criteria:
Less than seven years from date of formal organization
Has its first product or service in testing or pilot production
Pre-revenue or early revenue
Has a leadership team working towards commercialization and profitability.

Eligibility The competition for innovative ideas is open to anyone, from industrial professionals to academicians, from students to park visitors, and from suppliers to investors — all persons interested in creating unique, new solutions and ideas for improving the amusement park experience

Eligibility Partnerships should consist of two or more cross-sector organizations that agree to cooperate and advance mutual interests. Partnering organizations can include, but are not limited to: Small, medium, and enterprise employers, School districts and local school leaders, Postsecondary institutions, Nonprofit organizations and associations, For-profit companies, Government leaders and state agencies. To be eligible, partnerships must be either: a new or existing partnership looking to pilot a new solution for young Coloradans or a new or existing partnership seeking to scale an existing solution to new young Coloradans, and have at least one Colorado-based partner.

Prizes A scale award of up to $2 Million and a seed award of up to $350K, with a total prize pool of $5 Million.
Eligibility Applicants must assume one of the following legal statuses and be registered in the United States as one of the following: a nonprofit organization; a for-profit enterprise with a demonstrated commitment to social good; or a B-Corporation.
